Are you feeling stressed out and overwhelmed?  Do you have big emotions that are hard to control?  When you’re upset, do you shut down, snap out, or just get completely stuck?  If you answered, “YES!”, to any of these questions, please join us at the Millvale Community Library for a FREE coping strategies class (adults 18+ only please). The strategies introduced in this class will give you tools for managing stress, intense emotions, and relationship issues.  Life’s path can get rocky sometimes; we can support you in getting through it!

These classes will occur at 3pm on four Fridays this spring: March 6th and 20th; April 3rd and 17th.  You are welcome to attend all four classes or just the days that work with your schedule.  We’ll introduce and practice new strategies in each class.  Class materials and light refreshments will be provided.  Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!

Please contact Nina Hotkowski (class facilitator) if you have any questions via Text 412-254-4185 or email nina@njhotkowski.com. The MCL library social work intern, Rebecca Kaye, will help to co-facilitate these classes.
